Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickClick Health website, mobile experience, and asynchronous telehealth services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, submitting an intake, or paying for a visit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
QuickClick Health ("QuickClick Health," "we," "our," or "us") operates a technology platform that connects patients with independent, state-licensed clinicians who provide evaluation and, when appropriate, prescription services for a defined set of low-acuity conditions. Clinical care is delivered by independent providers, not by QuickClick Health itself.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- You must be physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed at the time of your visit. We currently serve Florida residents.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information about your identity, symptoms, medical history, allergies, and current medications.
3. Not for emergencies
The Services are not designed for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the Services to report or seek treatment for life-threatening conditions, including but not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, suicidal thoughts, overdose, or severe allergic reaction.
4. Asynchronous care model
Visits on the platform are asynchronous: you submit a structured intake, and a licensed clinician reviews your case and responds by message and/or prescription within a few business hours. There is typically no live video or phone call. The clinician may, at their sole discretion:
- Issue a prescription that they determine is safe and appropriate;
- Request additional information before deciding;
- Recommend a live video or phone evaluation, or in-person care;
- Decline to treat your condition through the platform.
Not every visit results in a prescription. A clinician's decision not to prescribe is a clinical judgment and is part of the service you paid for.
5. Fees and refunds
Visits are charged a flat per-visit fee disclosed before checkout. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page and ranges from $25 to $65 depending on the service tier. Payment is required before a clinician reviews your case. The fee covers clinician review and case management; it does not cover the cost of any prescribed medication dispensed by your pharmacy.
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Your case is not reviewed within the timeframe described on our home page;
- The clinician determines that treatment through the platform is unsafe and recommends in-person care instead;
- Technical issues prevent your intake from being delivered.
Refunds are not available solely because the clinician declined to prescribe a specific medication you requested. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete medical information.
- Disclose all current medications, supplements, and allergies.
- Follow clinician instructions and the medication label.
- Seek emergency care if your symptoms worsen.
- Not share your account or prescribed medication with anyone else.
7. Controlled substances
We do not prescribe controlled substances or any DEA-scheduled medications through the Services. Requests for controlled substances will be declined.
8. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickClick Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. QuickClick Health does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickClick Health's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). In no event will QuickClick Health be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
