What is QuickClick Health?

QuickClick Health is a virtual primary care practice serving patients throughout Florida. We provide convenient online evaluation and treatment for select common, non-emergency medical conditions from the comfort of your home.

How does QuickClick Health work?

  1. Choose the condition that best matches your symptoms.
  2. Complete a secure online medical questionnaire.
  3. A Florida-licensed clinician carefully reviews your information.
  4. If medically appropriate, you'll receive a personalized treatment plan and your prescription will be electronically sent to your preferred pharmacy.

Do I need a video appointment?

Not for most eligible conditions.

QuickClick Health uses secure online questionnaires for many common conditions, allowing a clinician to review your information without requiring a live video visit. If additional information or a video evaluation is needed, we'll let you know.

What if my symptoms require emergency care?

QuickClick Health is not intended for medical emergencies.

If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, loss of consciousness, or any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

If your condition is not appropriate for virtual care, we'll recommend the most appropriate next step, including visiting your primary care provider, an urgent care center, or the emergency department.

Are prescriptions guaranteed?

No. Every patient receives an individualized clinical evaluation. Prescriptions are only provided when medically appropriate and based on the clinician's professional judgment, current clinical guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.

How long will it take to receive my review?

Clinician review hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time

Most visits are reviewed as quickly as possible during business hours.

Requests submitted after 9:00 PM ET will be reviewed beginning at 8:00 AM ET the following day. Priority and Priority+ visits receive expedited review when clinician reviews resume.

Can I submit my visit overnight?

Yes. Our website accepts submissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you submit your visit after clinician review hours, it will be reviewed beginning the next business morning.

Will my prescription be sent to my pharmacy?

Yes. If treatment is medically appropriate and a prescription is indicated, it will be electronically sent to the pharmacy you select during your visit.

What if I need laboratory testing or imaging?

Some medical conditions require laboratory testing, imaging, or an in-person examination before treatment can safely be provided. If additional testing is necessary, we'll explain your next steps and provide appropriate recommendations.

Is my information secure?

QuickClick Health offers prescription management for select eligible medications and conditions. Controlled substances and certain medications cannot be prescribed or refilled through our platform.

Do you treat children?

No. Patients must be physically located within the state of Florida at the time their visit is reviewed.

What happens if I'm not a good candidate for virtual treatment?
